INTRODUCTION
The India Diversity Forum (IDF) consists of industry-specific councils within its organizational structure. These forums serve as spaces for members to collaborate and explore ideas to enhance diversity and inclusion in their companies. Led by Industry Council Chairs (ICCs), each council focuses on the unique diversity challenges and opportunities of their sector.
